Our Story

Built on real places

Babay rents holiday homes on two Mexican coasts. In Sinaloa that means condominiums and houses in Mazatlán at Almarena, Marina Del Sol, Quintas Del Mar, La Isla Marina and Torre Central, Villas Del Mar and Punta Esmeralda Grand on Isla Cortés in Nuevo Altata, and Las Águilas in Altata. In Yucatán it means houses in Puerto Progreso and Puerto Chicxulub. Most are beach or marina homes, with pools, parking, air conditioning, internet and security around the clock. For every one of them we also list what is around it, the yacht club, the seafood restaurants, the dock, the supermarket, with the distance and how long it takes to get there.

What We Value

Homes on two Mexican coasts

Booking with us is direct. Send us your dates through the enquiry form, write to reservas@babay.com.mx, or call or WhatsApp us on +52 (667) 267-0222 between 9 am and 6 pm, and we will deal with your enquiry ourselves. Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out at 12:00 pm. Stays are fully refundable more than 31 days before check in and half refundable from 30 to 15 days, and you can move your dates up to two weeks before arrival as long as the price is the same. Once your dates are set, ask us what to do while you are here. We can point you to the restaurants worth the trip, from local street food to the best menus, and to the clubs, bars and live shows.
